Console deployment refactor #123

Split console and pc deployments in two and toggle all exclusive features via env feature flag.

Deployment is already running two times with a proxy_pass on /console.
By mapping the same classes to PC and console routes and checking for the console feature flag we can gradually adopt the refactor.
