Admin can moderate other users posts via front-end

Hello,

i have cloned ZeroTalk and yet i am unsure how i can remove SPAMmy posts and move offtopic posts?
Update: here is suggested how to do it manually.

PROPOSAL/IDEA:
i thought it can be handy if admin can remove, move or maybe even edit all other user's posts right via front end - it would show a editing pencil like all posts are his own. But it can be handy if admin can show all posts of a user and selectively and also in bulk delete them.
