For long jobs, it would be really nice if there was a way to check progress, either as percentage through all jobs, or an estimated time of finishing all runs.

ACK. Something like afl-whatsup would be pretty cool! Unfortunately, it would also be pretty low down the priority list ☹️ But feel free to make a PR if you get the time!

Do you mean that it contains a real-time logging system or just simple terminal outputting?
