A suggestion was made to include an app/desktop software that bundles all messenger apps, email discord, slack, element, matrix etc. in a non dopamine-triggering layout. Include following options:

  • Allow the homescreen of that app to only display unprocessed messages.
  • Allow grayscreen.
  • Allow plain text messages.
