0. Get protonmailbridge:
   https://proton.me/mail/bridge#download

sudo dpkg -i protonmail-bridge*.deb
sudo apt-get -f install

2. Open bridge
3. https://proton.me/support/protonmail-bridge-install
   Add account
   login, it says paywal.
4. Go into thunderbird.
   Add protonmail account.
   Click Done, when prompted for "get certificate" Click on "Get Certificate".
   Then ok. Or then: acknowledge security exception.
