UO Client window opens to a white screen with (Not Responding)

Information we need from you if you want to have something fixed:

I play on official OSI servers.

When I click launch the first time after installing Orion it works fine. But if I log out of the UO client and close Orion, it will not work again. Orion opens and when I click launch all I get for the client window is a white window that is not responding. If I completely uninstall Orion and reinstall it will work one time until I close everything an run it again. I have verified I can run the classic client just fine without Orion. I am running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.
