Editing a Tag Removes Other Tags #6

Currently, to add a tag or to edit one, the edit command is used. A result of this is that other existing tags are removed unless they are retyped.

Existing tags:

Actual output after adding a tag:

This is specified in the UG as seen in the last point below:

However, in the context of NAB, tags are used to store life threatening information about patients. Thus, accidental deletion of a previous tag can lead to severe repercussions.

This is a missing functionality in a feature, resulting in an important feature flaw.
