I suggest you move the .ps1 files to a separate repo.

When downloading repo computer does not let me keep the files.

You need to add your downloads directory (or a specific file where you are storing the payloads) the Windows Security Exceptions;

Windows Security > Virus and Threat Protection > Manage Settings > Add or Remove Exclusions --- then select a file or folder

BUT--- BE CAREFUL

If any actual malicious code is in there and you run it Windows Defender will not pick it up as its in the exclusions list.
