Issue with popup of GUI portion

Issue when running code, on Windows 11.
When running i get first prompt of invalid login, then next prompt is simply the error credentials cannot be empty. It seems to be fully skipping the credential input portion of the script. Might be me doing something wrong, please see attached image file of ouput in PS when attempting to do a test run.

Also content of .txt file for launching the payload is direct copied from the txt file you have up, except entered my discord webhook
