Reporting an Issue with OpenELIS Global

How to reproduces the issues:

1. Login, you will be redirected to home
2. Using the side navigation bar, go to admin
3. Then go to Organization management

Issues:

1. When adding a new organization, the Enter key cannot be used to select a value from the dropdown for parent organizations.

2. When adding a new organization, the functionality of the select-all checkbox is fine, but the state is not synchronized with others.

3. There is no way for the user to add/modify street address, city and clia number for an organization.
