Await Appliance LMI Response handler does not actually check if the LMI responds #136

This handler always times out and does not actuall check anything

A better approach is to have the ansible host actually check if the LMI responds (initial delay of 30 and then a check every 10 seconds)

wait_for:
host: "{{ inventory_hostname }}"
port: "{{ lmi_port }}"
delay: 30
sleep: 10
timeout: "{{ start_config_wait_time }}"
delegate_to: localhost
when: not ansible_check_mode
