Allow specifying identity template format in Helm `values.yaml` #115

Identity label format, context and idenitity_template-label should be added to values configuration file.

    identity_template = "{{ "region/{{.Context.Region}}/cluster_name/{{.Context.ClusterName}}/ns/{{.Pod.Namespace}}/sa/{{.Pod.ServiceAccount}}/pod_name/{{.Pod.Name}}" }}"
    identity_template_label = "identity_template"
    context {
      Region = "{{ .Values.region }}"
      ClusterName = "{{ .Values.clustername }}"
    }

The challenge is to include the dynamic values, like Values.region
