After adding the RUNTIME ENV VAR: ASSISTANT_APIKEY

The app failed to initialize properly. Setup and restart needed. Error: Failed to create Watson Assistant skill: Error: connect ETIMEDOUT 23.221.22.91:443

As briefly mentioned in the instructions. This app requires runtime env vars to be set in order to do the assistant setup.

What isn't mentioned is that it seems to take multiple restarts to get through all the setup problems. Restart is mentioned, but it seems like this app now hits one error after another before it really is up and connected and working. So check the logs and restart and restart.

I think the auto-feed of Discovery and auto-import of the Assistant skill will probably be removed in favor of manual steps plus runtime config.
