discuss: base this in overleaf?

Trying to move non-learning activity materials away from here. Thinking about pushing some manuscript-ish repos to overleaf.

Does it make sense to move this to overleaf, and setup it up as a template therein?

It is reasonably teaching support material, but might be more accessible to most folks via overleaf than as-is (and shouldn't be less accessible for @dushoff personal purposes). We can maintain visibility of it to external folks via the organizational repo + making it public on overleaf.
