Well to be honest. I used the two pins from the existing code that @jasteve4 wrote to initialize the gpio ports. Also, the fets have not been hooked up, so there's that issue. What i wanted to say was that basically these pins might be wrong, and we might need to review the pinout in the schematic and see if we have them right.
