release 1.0.0 beta 1

Supports :

• direct and reverse geocoding service
• autocompletion service
• elevation service (with or without sampling)
• route service
• isochron or isodistance service
• autoconfiguration service (getConfig)

Not totally tested / handled :

• Error messages relay from web services (not always correctly transmitted)
• protocols modulation (XHR vs. JSONP) : works in many cases, but...
