Publish all cookbook recipes as a IIIF Collection

It would be great to have a stable URL that can be used to get the IIIF Manifests and Collections that are part of the cookbook in a single IIIF Collection.

At the moment, to get a list of them is either a manual step or uses guessing or web-scraping.

In the spirit of the cookbook being an exmpelar for IIIF resources, it would be nice to have a Collection with some useful properties:

• Label
• Summary
• Thumbnail
• seeAlso (for the cookbook link itself)
