I am completely new to rust setup and couldn't connect to the steps on how to use this Unifmu to create fmu based on source code? Could you please assist me here?

Cab you clarify what you wish to do? If it's to create an FMU from pure or c++ code, you just need to implement the headers. FMI is native c, so you don't need unifmu for that :)
