ArcLight needs to know how to embed the IIIF universal viewer

Based on permanent link from Pages Online, ArcLight should show embedded Universal Viewer that loads that IIIF content.

Done Looks Like:

Links provided in DAO of indexed EAD are loaded in line using Universal Viewer
IIIF manifest should decide what additional information shows (TOC, metadata, etc)
If possible, multiple viewers can be open at same time (viewing items from multiple finding aids or multiple components of single finding aid in search results, for example)
