IcingaDB: Synchronize Dependencies and Redundancy Groups into Redis

Ensure that Dependency Objects are present in Redis to be consumed by Icinga DB matching

• Sync dependencies icingadb#347 and
• https://github.com/Icinga/icingadb-web/blob/dependency-writer/application/clicommands/DependencyCommand.php.

Describe the solution you'd like

Mostly glue dependcies into lib/icingadb/icingadb-objects.cpp and mock a redundancy group type to fit the desired schema.
