I can confirm the 0.3 injector is reported as Wacatac.B!ml by Windows Defender.
The alert does not happen on PPML 0.2, 0.1, and Modnix injectors, and did not happen back in early April when I was working with it.
The injector code has not changed between 0.2 and 0.3 except for changing the Newtonsoft.Json reference to be non-version-specific, too, so I think this is a false positive on Microsoft's part.
Since the working code hasn't changed, you can mix 0.2's injector with 0.3 dlls, I tried and it works.
Not much has changed between versions. I would imagine this is due to the legacy patcher injector code from BFML. It's not pretty... or really all that great. I think the most appropriate resolution for this issue is to simply provide a warning or remove the download entirely.
Unfortunately, I'm not really allotting any time to this project at the moment. I definitely suggest Modnix as a replacement in the meantime.

To put it simply this download contains a trojan virus. I neither care nor know if it was intentional but I really recommend it is removed.
