Ground Station UI for the Sub #2

We need a ground control station that gives us information about what the sub is doing and sensing where we can change parameters, such as mission order, or PID gains. Ideally we'd have the ability to control all tasks related to management (uploading code, reflashing the pixhawk, rebooting, etc)
