grmpy error: [E::cram_itr_query] #68

Hi, I'm running paragraph on 1 sample and it returned this error:

[E::cram_itr_query] Query with tid=-1 not implemented for CRAM files
Aborted (core dumped)

What does this mean? It feels like something from htslib. I have about 1000 cram files and there are 6 of them that all failed with this error...
