PHP Version: 5.6-8.4
Operating System: macOS 15
CPU: Intel
Bug Description:
The imagick compiled with Xcode 15, Xcode 14, etc., runs into the issue of "ImageMagick number of supported formats: 0" on macOS 15. It is necessary to recompile using Xcode 16 in a macOS 15 environment.

However, this bug does not exist on Silicon (ARM64); the modules compiled with the old version SDK for the ARM64 architecture can run on macOS 15.
