User story

As a : user

I want : to be able to create Public Clients with PKCE

so that : I can manage Public Clients via the UI

Acceptance criteria

Given : ory create oauth2-client --token-endpoint-auth-method none
In addition to the 3 token-endpoint-auth-method in the UI, the option none should be added.
