In the TC 60.90 - 60.160 (mandatory test cases), the counters are verified without incrementing the error counters.

I think, error conditions could not be simulated/ generated by the scapy, so we should manually verify these test cases.

The remarks field of the test specification clearly states that if a test tool is unable to reliably verify this counter, and as the counter is able to be reported the test case is given a pass.
For the other test cases, manual testing is required.
