Cannot create New Service Endpoint registration

Clicking on Register New Service Endpoint does not open any registration dialogue

Code for PRT originates from source code released from Microsoft with SDK 5.x.
During adoption of the code for XTB there were problems getting the service endpoint functionality to work. Quote from original developer:

Actually service endpoints were removed, or rather commented out in the code, because it was really hard to make everything to compile and work afterwards. I believe it is possible to find that places and re-enable step by step — code is there, in worst case scenario it would be needed to rewind to first commits and copy stuff from there.

This repo and all behind it are very much looking forward to pull requests where this is fixed! :)
