Not working with the newer Avocado contracts #13

It looks like the SDK doesn't support the new set of contracts of Avocado (multisig and the new Personal account replacing the Legacy account).

For instance, places where the Safe address is needed use the old computeAddress instead of the new computeAvocado; and when updating this locally there are various errors which I think are related to not using the new AvoWallet, AvoFactory & AvoForwarder.

Any plans of updating the SDK to support the new "Personal' account like it was supporting the previous "Legacy" account?
