X12Parser is giving error for L11 tag in document type 210 for version 5010 #3

when parsing the edi file of 210 for edi version 5010 then it's giving me an error,
mentioned below error is generated by x12parser

L11~~~~2' in segment position 13 within transaction '000000001' cannot be identified within the supplied specification for transaction set 210
