Add a file controller which has a class Controller. We can make a package out of this project. Add a method fetch_tweets which takes in the input of query string, number of tweets and language of tweets to be fetched. Will integrate this class as the Base class to be used.

Also, make the twitter search call into a method known as tweet_search, which will be called inside fetch_tweets after taking the input.
