[FR] - Test on Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04

Describe the feature you'd like
New releases should be tested on Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04 instead of 18.04 and 20.04. Ubuntu 18.04 has not been supported since May 2023 and 20.04 will reach end-of-life in May 2025.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Continued testing on old versions is more likely to lead to incompatibilities and security issues in the nodes deployed on mainnet.

This should not be closed.
If the environments that are being tested are more modern then the message needs to be updated to reflect that.
Or if the environments being tested are this old, then they need to be upgraded.
