Admins can assign a club ambassador to a club

Since #5239 is complete, admins can assign a club ambassador profile to a mentor profile. However, there is no way to assign that club ambassador to a club. The steps in #5288 outline how to assign students to a club but this process may be different since club ambassadors should only be able to be part of one club.

Perhaps we just display the club assignment box and not the chapter one and the admin selects a club from the list. I'm checking with VET on whether any connection to a previous chapter (via mentorship) would need to be maintained.

Testing on QA:

• I was able to add a club ambassador profile to a mentor profile. The mentor had not previously been assigned to a chapter or club but had logged into the 2025 season.
• I was then able to assign the mentor to a club. The person appeared on the club ambassadors admin page linked to the club.
• I received an email noting I was assigned to that club now.
• When I logged in as the participant, it took me to the club ambassador dashboard.

If a mentor was already assigned to a chapter, I could still add a club ambassador profile. I then had to:

• Edit their chapter assignment to "none"
• The page reloaded to offer the club assignment button and I was able to assign them to a club
• When I logged in as the mentor it went straight to the club ambassador dashboard
