Since the release GitHub action pushes a new tag in this repo as the GitHub Actions bot, the tag pushed is not able to trigger the push.yml action (more info as to why in the docs: https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-workflows/triggering-a-workflow#triggering-a-workflow-from-a-workflow)

This PR manually triggers the push action upon release.
