Double captions after replacing XML transcript with VTT #154

After replacing an XML transcript with a VTT one, the player showed multiple captions. It seems that the derivative is not being deleted.

To work around this we completely deleted the TRANSCRIPT datastream and all derivatives, and then re-added it with the VTT file.
