Development should be encapsulated into a single (simple) solution. My suggestion is to create a branch of the install profile specifically for IR.

Specifically

Create a branch on the install profile repo (to keep it aligned with the community's efforts)
Add Documentation to to its own directory within the documentation repo

IRIG Discussion came up with a tentative plan. We're going to try to create a install profile for IR that is a branch of the current install profile. Initial setup is going to rely on a database dump to make it more achievable to test and more approachable for non-programming participants.

Plan:

• Create an IR branch for Isle-dc
• Create an IR branch for the Install Profile
• Modify the Install profile to have a few things that make it clear that this is a IR prototype.
• Dump the database into the repo and modify it to import the database upon build
• Add some documentation explaining how to spin up the IR prototype

The database dump is a temp solution to quickly allow for changes to be exported/imported. The process will be explained in the documentation.

Right now the PR for the install profile still needs some feedback from the community before I can proceed.

We're waiting to discuss this during the conference and finalize the community's decision if this is the correct approach.
