The build-fits-site.yml file deploys Crayfits to apache and also installs the islandora_fits drupal module. We should move these tasks into the crayfish and webserver roles to decouple them.

Totally agree - now that FITS is a part of the playbook I can pull it into the CrayFish directory instead of having it out there on its own.

IIRC there were timing issues with installing islandora_fits last time around? If that's still true, we can just pull it in with composer in the drupal role, and then configure/enable islandora_fits in post-install.yml

I've separated it. Works in the vagrant single server deployment. Having some issues with multi-server deployment.
