Which license applies to this package? Apache License or GPLv3?

Hi, I noticed that this package is published on npm under GPLv3. However, the LICENSE file in this repository states that it is licensed under the Apache License. Could you clarify which license applies to this project?

This is a critical issue for anyone who wants to use this product, so could you either publish a new version on npm with the correct license or update the LICENSE file in this repository?

Note: I also found that the same issue was mentioned in discord-markdown-parser issue #10.
