Hello again!

im just woudering how i can make the red and green shell move faster?

alse we got the models on the carts to work but how can we replace the minecart texture to the model?

As for the powerups - Not really as they become buggy when they move too fast (hence the default speed values for the carts)

As for the models:
So you have them in the resource pack? Or on which step are you right now
