[Neuroptikon.org] Connections to offscreen objects should indicate what they are connecting to #53

If you zoom into a display some of the objects end up offscreen. It would be nice to know which offscreen objects were connected to the onscreen objects. Connections between these objects should dynamically display the label of the offscreen object at the point where the connection goes offscreen.
