Natively support integrating with an existing Auth0 account.

  • Simple config - a single line in the TOML? Maybe add a keg integrate auth0 command?
  • Dev/Test mode -- use a separate Auth0 account? May require env var interpolation in the TOML values
  • Fully tested
  • Extensible -- should still support it if you have a Cognito User Pool
