If anyone can't wait, you can use one of those "full page screen shot" browser extensions.

@InstanceOfMichael how is the resolution then? If you do that?

I think it would either be your browser's window size, or you could choose that in the browser extension as part of the screen shoting process. Either way, you should be taking it to photoshop after anyways.
