Run locally from branch

Hey, Firstly this is an awesome tool!

Another similar tool I use is PR-Agent, it has a feature LlamaPReview (LPR) would really benefit from - the ability to run it locally.

Examples:

• Let's say your submitting a PR to a 3rd party repo that doesn't have LPR enabled, you could run it locally on your branch before pushing to raise a PR.
• You could run it as a pre-commit hook before you push your code to Github and raise a PR, making feedback even faster and saving on Github compute time (Actions/models etc...)

It could leverage locally running Ollama models if Ollama is detected and running.

Currently, LlamaPReview is taking a different path:

1. GitHub-First Integration

   • We're focusing on deep integration with GitHub's PR workflow
   • Optimizing the cloud-based review process to be as efficient as possible
   • Working on features like intelligent batching and priority queues to minimize review latency

2. Cloud-Native Architecture

   • LlamaPReview leverages cloud infrastructure for consistent performance
   • This allows us to maintain review quality across different environments
   • Enables seamless updates of our review models and rulesets

As a workaround for your use case, you could:

• Fork the target repository
• Enable LlamaPReview on your fork
• Create PRs in your fork first to get early feedback
• Once satisfied, submit the improved PR to the main repository

While this isn't as seamless as local running, it might help with your workflow until we potentially support local running in the future.

Your suggestion about Ollama integration is intriguing! While it's not on our immediate roadmap, we're currently prioritizing:

• Enhanced PR analysis capabilities
• Better context understanding
• More customizable review rules
• Improved integration with GitHub's ecosystem
