Scrollbar is playing Peek-a-boo

Since the titlebar is being used as a sticky header the scrollbar is covered up by it. I couldn't quickly think of a way to get around this in CSS since in a website you'd normally have a scrollbar going the entire height of the window. But if you do that here you won't get the transparency affect under the scrollbar.
