Latex and Markdown in Widgets not working properly. For example:

checkbox(label=md"be my $N=1$ friend?")

yields

image

and

checkbox(label=L"be my $N=1$ friend?")

yields

image

Somehow, they are not properly parsed! I have not found a workaround.
