jupyter labextension list

JupyterLab v3.1.14
/home/xxx/.local/share/jupyter/labextensions
webio-jupyterlab-provider v0.1.0 enabled OK (python, webio_jupyter_extension)

/usr/local/share/jupyter/labextensions
@jupyter-widgets/jupyterlab-manager v3.0.1 enabled OK (python, jupyterlab_widgets)

but still

Where can I look to troubleshoot this more?

Are you launching JupyterLab from the command line as well? (From the same environment where you ran the Jupyter labextension list command)? Are there any errors in the browser console?

Are there any errors in the browser console? (In Chrome, this can be accessed via the menu at the top right, then More tools, then Developer tools, then clicking the Console tab)
