Highly doubt you even check here since you seem to have close sourced this specifically to prevent players who actually follow the law from compiling themselves. Either that or somethings hidden in the code. Either way you've constantly and continue to break minecrafts EULA to this day by paywalling the mod like you have been. You aren't doing pre-releases, your literally selling new versions and everyone can see it no matter the label you slap on. Shoot, the fact you got rid of almost all avenues of public communication but twitter and possibly discord( and refuse to respond or outright ignore posts that call you out for all of this anywhere ) says a lot doesn't it? That alone shows your fully aware of what your doing. Even if you need the money then get a job instead of breaking the law. Just because nothing has happened doesn't mean it's right.

You may even reconize me as a matter of fact. I was there when your minecraft forums thread got shut down since I was one of the first to call you out for your EULA violations even back then and been keeping an eye of this every now and then since I actually loved the mod. But here's the funny part you may or may not be aware of: Your relevancy is rapidly fading due to your only publicity outlet at this point being twitter and a pretty much dead curseforge project. There's even another mod that actually builds on a old jurassicraft codebase, kept all the dinosaurs, added new ones, and even better is free like the EULA states mods should be. Your on the other hand limited yourself behind a paywall that no one with a brain wants to pay due to being pretty overpriced for something they shouldn't even need paying for.

You've backed youselves into a corner where the only escape unless you want the mod to slowly die is to finally stop breaking the EULA unless you want the other mod to overtake you completely. It already has taken your spot in most modlists and when people think jurassicraft they think reborn now since it's actually popular unlike yours for obvious reasons. You can't even stop them since even if they were breaking the law to publish, which they aren't, you have no legal ground to stand on due to your own illegal behavior. Something hilariously ironic about an updated older jurassicraft being more popular then what was suppose to be the "quality" version. It's obvious now that "quality" when you removed al lthe dinosaurs was an excuse anyways to get some cash since reborn has done it fine with a build with all the old dinosaurs.

You shot yourselves not only in the foot but blew off whole leg and went "Oh, tis just a flesh wound good sir!" and I have to say the karma as you slowly fade into the background while being only known as "The mod that kept breaking the EULA" while reborn continues to grow even if slowly is great to see. Your last actualy update was Feb 11 2019 with the rest being paywalled but a single hotfix update in october to try and say "Oh, it's not completely paywalled lol". That is going to be three years in three days since you last release a update to the mod and that's pretty telling isn't it?

You reap what you sow and you've sown years worth of illegal activity to try and milk your fans. Have fun with that, me and most others are sticking to reborn from now on since they actually seem to care

I talked to him for a while (the purpose is to move to NetEase Minecraft) and he actually said that this mod can make $100+ dollars, I approve of you
