NiftyReg is a package for efficient medical image registration. It contains tools for rigid, affine and non-linear registration, as well as other related tools.
The code is mostly written in C/C++ and some routines are also written in CUDA and OpenCL to take advantage of the compute associated with Graphic Processing Card for general purpose computing. CMake is used to build and install the source code.
This project is currently mainly developed and supported by the School of Biomedical Engineering and Imaging Sciences at King's College London with fundings from the Wellcome EPSRC Centre for Medical Engineering. Earlier developments were supported by University College London, especially the Centre of Medical Imaging Computing in the Department of Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering.
