Reinject after uninstall some dylib with optool

Thank you. I've used it in many projects. It's very great.
Recently I found a problem, when I uninstall a dylib use optool (https://github.com/alexzielenski/optool). and then reinject another dylib. but It seems wrong. I am not sure whether it is a defect of optool or a defect of yololib. Can you help me? Please see the attachment.
