Conflicting dependency with jupyterlab-gf-highlight #3

It's very possible I am mistaken but I think GLIF requires Jupyter >= 3.0.0 while jupyter-lab-gf-highlight requires Jupyter < 3.0.0.

Actually, GLIF should only require jupyter>=1.0.0.
It is rather unfortunate that jupyter-lab-gf-highlight doesn't work with recent versions. Custom syntax highlighting with Jupyter lab is rather difficult. However, if you use jupyter notebook instead of jupyter lab, you don't need jupyter-lab-gf-highlight for syntax highlighting.
