We're having trouble delivering the images for the project.
Images are extracted by Phillips personnel in DICOM format, we received 70 different zip files, each one containing a folder with a variable numbre of files inside. All of the files are *.dcm.
We were notified that images were good to be read in a Windows system but not in a Linux one. Are we supposed to re-format the images to NIFTI format and deliver again?
We're also having trouble uploading images into Orthanc, I could use some help too with this issue.
Thanks in advance.
Aitor.
